Uba Sani Joins North West Govs In Meeting With UN Coordinator

 Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani has joined his fellow North West Governors at a meeting with the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Nigeria, Mohammed Fall, and heads of other United Nations agencies. 

According to him, the meeting was convened to rub minds on security and developmental challenges in the North West, with a view to fashioning and implementing collaborative projects and interventions in the zone. 

The Resident Coordinator expressed the commitment of the United Nations to supporting efforts towards peace and security, as well as development of the North – West Zone. 

While congratulating them on their first year in office, he commended the North West Governors for showing leadership and commitment to service in the interest of our people.  

In a remark,  Governor Uba Sani  acknowledged the efforts of the United Nations towards addressing humanitarian concerns in our states. 

The governor, highlighted their interventions in the areas of Education, Healthcare, Agriculture and Social Development, and expressed our commitment as Governors towards working with the UN agencies in actualizing the various developmental initiatives.
